Summary of Terms of Service:
Don't upload anything file that is not an unmodified Guild Wars template in a .txt format. If you choose to violate this rule, you will be banned indefinitely, all your templates will be deleted, and you will no longer be able to upload or download any template. Guild Wars Templates is not accountable for anything

Full Terms of Service
Guild Wars Templates reserves the right to remove or replace any uploaded templates, and assumes no liability for lost links or misplaced template URLs. Users have permission to use links to Guild Wars Templates for the uploading or downloading of Guild Wars template files. To report any type of abuse, along with any bugs or errors in the Guild Wars Templates services please contact via email.

Privacy
Any all all information provided by a user is kept confidential. Guild Wars Templates will never release any personal information about a user without permission. The only exception to this is if a user has committed an unlawful act or violates the Guild Wars Templates Terms of Service, in which case a users right to confidentiality is void.

Legal Policy
Guild Wars Templates Terms of Service are subject to change without notice. All uploaded templates are © to their respective owners. Guild Wars Templates directs full legal responsibility of files to their respective users. All other content © Guild Wars Templates. Guild Wars Templates is not responsible for the contents or use of any file uploaded or downloaded from its servers.

Limitation of Liability
The use of Guild Wars Templates services is at the users own risk. Guild Wars Templates is not responsibly for any damages (Be it direct, indirect, or accidental) that may be incurred due to the use of its services. This applies to, without limitation, any damages or injury, be it for breach or contract, tort, or otherwise, caused by any failure of performance; error; omission; interruption; deletion; defect; delay in operation or transmission; computer virus; file corruption; communication-line failure; network or system outage; or theft, destruction, unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of any record. Guild Wars Templates offers no guarantee or warranty of its services, and reserves the right to edit, remove, suspend, or discontinue its services at any time. Users agrees to hold Guild Wars Templates accountable for any loss, liability, claims, damages, or expenses related to the content, use, or removal of a users files or any other service.

By using any service provided by Guild Wars Templates, users acknowledge they have read and will abide by the Terms of Service.
